- Arrival times: Monday to Sunday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm (The “Early Arrival” option is also available if you plan to arrive before 3:00 pm). For any arrival after 7:00 pm, please contact us beforehand (04 84 54 97 15) in order to organize your arrival.
- Departure times: Departures are in the morning, before 10:00 a.m. (the “Late Departure” option is also available).

In order to avoid last minute inconveniences, remember to :

- Cleaning products, sponge, tea towels not included (kit available at the reception)
In order to respect the environment, we ask you to behave in an eco-responsible way when leaving your flat. Therefore, we kindly ask you to :
- Close all windows
- Turn off lights
- Turn down electric heaters and convectors
- Wash dishes and empty dishwasher
- Collect rental linen (if renting linen)
- Cleaning of your apartment (if you have taken the option “End of stay cleaning”, only the kitchen has to be cleaned).
